The Asian continent consists of both developed and developing countries. It is ACF aims to reach out to every corner of Asia. As a result, the membership subscription is classified into different categories taken int o account GDP disparities. ACF operation relies solely on membership fees and voluntary work by members. Representative Members(RM) are individuals nominated by one of the following institutions:

1. institutions and/or other bodies in charge of concrete structures
2. established professional engineering institutions at national/regional level which have interest in any aspects of structural concrete covered in Clause 5 above.
3. An institution nominating an individual as a Representative Member shall pay the required subscription. Organization Members(OM) are institutions and/or organizations engaged in any of the activities covered in Clause 5 above.

1. "Institutions" shall be defined as standard institutions or established professional engineering institutions.
2. "Organizations", in this context, shall be defined as public or private sector companies, consultants, industries, research institutes, academic institutes, academic institutes, etc. incorporated within each country by relevant laws or acts.
3. Organization Members shall pay the required subscription. One person nominated by the legal authority of the institution or organization in question whil represent each Organization Member within the Federation. Individual Members(IM) are professionals, academics or students interested and engaged within any aspects of structural concrete covered in Clause 5 above. Each individual Member shall pay the required subscription
